FITNESS CLASSES

Fit & Strong Circuit Class

Similar to an indoor boot camp, the Circuit classes are more dynamic and energetic with a mixture of cardio, free weights, full body movements and conventional resistance exercises. A combination of dumbbells, barbells, gym machines, exercise balls, and cardio equipment are used to give you a total body workout, leaving you energised, fitter and slimmer. Great for increasing bone density, muscle tone and losing weight. These classes are done to music, are highly energetic and are of high impact – but full supervision from our Physiotherapist ensures that it is safe and open to people of all fitness levels to work at your own pace – perfect for people wanting to lose weight!
